2025 Live Stream Audiology Resources Boot Camp: Principles of Audiology Clinical Operations

This on-demand series, which was recorded February, 2025, focuses on the foundations of coding, managed care/revenue cycle, pricing and differentiation, and ethical/legal considerations in an audiology practice. This course is geared to audiologists, audiology staff, and students. This course offers up to 16.0 hours of audiology continuing education for course registrant.
Course registrants can access the video series until December 31, 2025. Registrants can ask questions and seek no charge guidance and support for six months following purchase of the video series (unless they purchase an extended guidance package or are a current member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology or the Illinois Academy of Audiology).
Topics addressed: Compliance and Ethical Legal (HIPAA, Telehealth, Anti-Kickback, False Claims, Stark Laws, Licensure, Informed Consent, No Surprises Act, FTC, OTC/Prescription and Documentation)
Fundamentals of Coding (CPT, Including Telehealth and Evaluation and Management, ICD10, HCPCS, Modifiers, and Place of Service Codes).
Managing Managed Care/Revenue Cycle (Review of Termonology, Medicare, including Physician Order Changes, Medicaid Basics, Managed Care Enrollment, Contracting and Credentialing, Billing Processes and Procedures, Insurance Verification, Private Insurance Billing Fundamentals, Third-party Administrators/Networks Tips, and What Not to Do and What to Do Instead)
Pricing, Delivery and Differentiation (Creation and Monetization of a 21st century, Patient Centered, Evidence-Based Audiology Practice, Teleaudiology, Creation of Pricing and Delivery Models, Including Unbundling and Service Delivery Models, Hearing Aid Rental Programs, and Concierge/Mobile Care Models)
Discounts are available in some situations. Current Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) members (individual or practice membership) can get a $125 discount by registering with the discount code ada25. Current Illinois Academy of Audiology (ILAA) members can get a $50 discount by registering with code ilaa25. Staff of members cannot use the discount codes if they are not themselves a member. Membership will be verified and boot camp registration will not be complete (and paused) if you are not a current member.
